Shipping Policy:

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible! Below are the details of our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding international orders.

 

Order Processing & Modifications

Please review your shipping address details in full prior to placing an order. Customers have 30 minutes from the time they place an order to modify their shipping address if they make an unexpected error. After this period, no changes are allowed and we are unable to refund or cancel an order. This is because we work quickly to get your order out the door. We will not be able to cancel or divert a package once your order is placed and this time has expired.

Orders are processed ASAP once placed, however, during peak seasons or low stock availability, processing times may take longer. We always strive to ship as fast as possible as we want you to enjoy your purchase quickly.


Shipping

We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states for orders over $50, and a flat rate in all other instances.

We also offer an Expedited Shipping option, which users can select to receive their orders more quickly.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping

  • Typically arrives in 3-5 business days
  • Some orders may take 5-7 business days depending on location or carrier conditions

Express Shipping

  • Typically arrives in 2 business days once shipped
  • Timing may vary slightly in remote zones

International Shipping

  • Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 15 business days.

  • Customs procedures differ by country and may extend delivery times by up to 30 days. These timelines are set by local customs and cannot be sped up, but we will assist you if any issues come up.

  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are automatically calculated at checkout

  • Total cost is shown before placing the order and no additional payment is required at delivery

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. A package may arrive early, right on time, or slightly later depending on carrier conditions.


Lost or Damage Items:

Lost items: If your order is lost and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, we will replace it at our cost. Due to carrier guidelines, we cannot provide a replacement unless 15 consecutive days have passed without movement. Please contact us within 21 days of your shipment so we can assist. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Damaged items: If an order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the damage of both the interior and exterior of the box within 10 business days so we can issue a replacement. We cannot process damage claims without both the interior and exterior photos of your shipment.

 

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is optional and it gives you peace of mind with coverage if your package is damaged in transit, stolen, or does not arrive. 

You can turn Shipping Protection on or off in your cart with a quick toggle. With this optional coverage, you are protected in the event of a shipping issue. If something goes wrong with your order, we will replace the order or issue a refund.

If something happens with your shipment, please contact our team within 10 business days of the issue at support@kaizenfoodcompany.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Again, please ensure you send us photos of both the interior and exterior of your package if there is damage.

Shipping Protection is completely optional, but we recommend it for apartments, shared mailrooms, businesses, and during peak shipping seasons.


How to Track Your Order

Customers automatically receive an automated email confirmation when they place an order and another email with tracking information once their order ships. If you do not receive these emails, for fastest service, please check your spam folder before reaching out to support.
