Order Processing & Modifications

Customers have 30 minutes from the time they place an order to modify or cancel it using the link in their confirmation email. After this period, no changes are allowed, including to the shipping address. This is because we work quickly to get your order out the door. We will not be able to cancel or divert a package once your order is placed and this time has expired.

Orders are processed ASAP once placed, however, during peak seasons or low stock availability, processing times may take longer. We always strive to ship as fast as possible as we want you to enjoy your purchase quickly.

 

Shipping (U.S.)
We offer FREE shipping to the lower 48 states for orders over $50, and a flat rate in all other instances.

Virtually all of our orders deliver within 2-3 business days. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delays and mistakes can sometimes occur, and rest assured, if something goes wrong, we will work with you to make it right.

If an order is lost and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, we will gladly replace it at our cost.

If an order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the damage within 10 business days so we can issue a replacement.

 

International Shipping

Our products are made in America and ship worldwide directly from our website.

All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and VAT are automatically calculated at checkout. You’ll see the full amount before placing your order, and there will not be any additional fees when your package arrives.


How to Track Your Order
Customers automatically receive an automated email confirmation when they place an order and another email with tracking information once their order ships. If you do not receive these emails, for fastest service, please check your spam folder before reaching out to support.
