Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on orders and all sales are final.

Damaged Items Policy:

In rare cases, items can get damaged during transit. It’s a bummer, but hey, it happens! We understand that receiving damaged items can be frustrating, and we want to help correct this immediately.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@kaizenfoodcompany.com within 10 days of receiving the order. To help us assist you, please provide your order number and include clear photos of both the exterior of the box and the damaged item itself. We will not be able to process a replacement without photos.

 

Order Changes:

In an Amazon-paced world, we want to do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible. Once your order is placed, it immediately gets sent to our shipping partner. Due to the fact that we fulfill your orders quickly, we are unable to change, cancel, or refund orders after they have been placed. Please review your order fully before placing it to ensure it contains the correct items and you have input the right address.
