    Delicious!

    This pasta was so good! I made a butternut squash mac n cheese, and the Kaizen fusilli tasted just like a wheat pasta. You can't tell that it's made from beans or that it's low carb! I cooked the fusilli for about 5 minutes, and it held up super well and kept its shape even after I added it to the cheese sauce. The serving is also way bigger than you think - the pasta expands when it's cooked. Definitely recommend for those who are looking for a healthier alternative.

    Great alternative!

    This is the first alternative pasta I’ve not hated! Next time I’ll cook it on the lower end 3/4 minutes not 5 and I’d use more sauce. What a great way to get 20g of protein!

    So happy with your products

    We love all the pastas! We've also used the flour and are happy with our results there too, used it on this chicken to help it crisp up a bit more. So delicious. Haven't tried the rice yet, so I can't speak on that one, but if it's anything like the other products I look forward to reviewing it too!

    I am not depriving myself one bit !!

    Seventeen weeks and thirty-five pounds lighter I am feeling great and eating fabulous food. One of my favorites as a kid was my mom's side dish of sauteed onions, cabbage and noodles. The fusilli is great for this dish and I can't wait to try the green sauce recipe.

    Wouldn't know it was gluten-free!

    This has been the best gluten-free pasta I have tried. The texture is great. I boiled the noodles a little longer than the recommendation (1-2 minutes more) and it came out perfect. Also, because of the high protein/low carb ratio, it did not raise my blood sugar like normal pasta does. Since I take insulin this is a huge win!!! I cooked the entire box and used for two different meals. Highly recommend.

    Closest alternative to pasta l

    Out of the many noodle alternatives I have tried, these were the closest to pasta. My husband isn't a fan of these he says they have to much of the bean pasty texture. I on the other hand love them ! So I say try them ! Depends on preference.

    Low Carb pasta

    Closest pasta alternative I've tried, extremely filling. Don't overcook or make extra for an additional meal as I found it got tough sitting in refrigerator.

    One word, Yum

    Great taste, great texture. You don't feel like you're eating real pasta. Wish it was a bit cheaper though.

Ready in just 4-6 minutes!

STEP 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

STEP 2

Add 1 serving of pasta and stir well. Some foaming is normal.

STEP 3

Boil for 4-6 minutes depending on your desired firmness.

STEP 4

Strain well and serve with your favorite sauce! Enjoy!
