If you need to make a change or cancel your order, we allow you to do so within 30 minutes of placing the order. This timeframe is short because we ship fast. Your order confirmation email will contain a link for you to view your order and make changes.
While our lowcarb protein pasta comes as close to a regular pasta experience as it gets, its not the exact same as regular pasta. For that to happen, you'd need lots of starch and carbs! If you are unsure whether our pasta is right for you, please only purchase our smallest offering, a 2-pack. This way you can try Kaizen and see if its a product you and your family can enjoy. If this is your first time trying Kaizen, we highly recommend starting with our Fusilli!
