Standard Shipping

Express Shipping
- Typically arrives in 2 business days once shipped

International Shipping
- Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 15 business days.
- Customs procedures differ by country and may extend delivery times by up to 30 days. These timelines are set by local customs and cannot be sped up, but we will assist you if any issues come up.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are automatically calculated at checkout
- Total cost is shown before placing the order and no additional payment is required at delivery
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur. A package may arrive early, right on time, or slightly later depending on carrier conditions.

We wish we didn’t have to, but unfortunately shipping is super expensive. The shipping charge doesn't even cover the full cost, Kaizen covers the balance. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible while also providing super fast shipping.

Shipping Protection is optional and it gives you peace of mind with coverage if your package is damaged in transit, stolen, or does not arrive.
You can turn Shipping Protection on or off in your cart with a quick toggle. With this optional coverage, you are protected in the event of a shipping issue. If something goes wrong with your order, we will replace the order or issue a refund.
If something happens with your shipment, please contact our team within 10 business days of the issue at support@kaizenfoodcompany.com with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Again, please ensure you send us photos of both the interior and exterior of your package if there is damage.
Shipping Protection is completely optional, but we recommend it for apartments, shared mailrooms, businesses, and during peak shipping seasons.

While we wish we could offer single boxes, especially for first-time buyers, due to high shipping costs, it’s not economical for us to ship single packages at the moment. We do offer 2packs of our pasta and rice. If it is your first time trying Kaizen, we highly recommend starting off with a 2pack.

We partner with a variety of carriers to ensure your order arrives as quickly and efficiently as possible. While we can’t guarantee a specific carrier for your delivery, if you have any special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order so we can help find the best solution.
Please note: We’re unable to accommodate carrier preferences after an order is placed, and we cannot be responsible for any returned packages due to shipping requirements not communicated to us in advance. Our priority is to make sure your package gets to you smoothly, so don’t hesitate to reach out beforehand!

Yes, we offer international shipping. Our pasta is made in America and ships worldwide directly from our website. All shipping costs, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.
