Why choose between pizza and pasta when you can have both?
This Vodka Pizza recipe combines our low-carb Ziti pasta with OA Gourmet’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust for a keto-friendly and gluten-free twist on two classic comfort foods.
Packed with rich flavors and wholesome ingredients, it’s the perfect meal for busy weeknights, cozy dinners, or even a fun, low-carb pizza night at home.
Pre-heat your oven to 425°F. While it’s pre-heating, place the OA Gourmet Pizza Crust in the oven on a ventilated rack for 5-10 minutes to pre-cook.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to boil and cook the Kaizen ziti pasta for 4-5 minutes, just until it’s almost al dente. Drain and return the pasta to the pot.
Add a pat of butter or a drizzle of olive oil to the cooked pasta and stir to coat, then repeat with a few spoonfuls of vodka sauce.
Remove the pre-cooked crust from the oven and spread 1-2 spoonfuls of vodka sauce over the surface in a thin, even layer. Next, layer the shredded mozzarella, coated ziti pasta, a little more vodka sauce, grated Parmesan, another sprinkle of mozzarella, and a few dollops of creamy ricotta.
Return the assembled pizza on the ventilated rack to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
