High-Protein BLT Pasta Salad
Crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, fresh romaine, creamy avocado, and Kaizen pasta = basically your new favorite summer meal prep. 😮💨

Here’s how to make it:
🥓 Bake 8 oz bacon at 400°F for ~20 min (trust—less mess, perfectly crispy)
🥬 Prep: ½ head romaine (shredded), 1 qt grape tomatoes (halved), ½ red onion (finely diced), 1 avocado (cubed)
🥣 Dressing: Whisk 3 tbsp mayo, 3 tbsp sour cream, ⅓ cup buttermilk, 2 tbsp ACV, juice of ½ lemon, dill, oregano, onion + garlic powder, salt + pepper
🍝 Cook your favorite Kaizen pasta (4.5 min!), rinse in cold water
👩🍳 Assemble: Toss it all together with the dressing + a final squeeze of lemon
