    crackers

I used Kaizen lupin flour to make tasty protein crackers. I only used protein powder and the lupin flour. The dough does take some muscle to roll out it is stiffer than most flours. It makes tasty crackers with or without black sesame seeds. It is my healthy crunchy snack. It has 11 carbs per serving. I don't like that is says 1 net carb; it seems very deceptive, imo. carbs are carbs! It has less carbs and more protein than any other bean flour and why I use it.

Enjoying this new find for low carb]

This was a new one for us, but we are enjoying it. Needs to be mixed with another flower, but with much less carbs than regular flour its worth it

    Lupin flour for baking.

I am so glad to have found a new low carb flour to add to our baking. This blends well with almond flour to make nice muffins.

    Great

I love this flour. Lowest carb legume flour on the market and versatile enough to fit into a lot of recipes.
