- Bring 6 cups of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and stir. Some foaming is normal.
- Boil for 5-6 minutes, depending on your desired firmness, while stirring occasionally.
- Strain the boiled pasta, rinse with water, and return it to the warm pot.
- Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup light cream and the cheese seasoning. Stir to combine and enjoy!
Optional: Add 2 tbsp butter for a richer flavor.

We use regeneratively grown, non-GMO lupini beans that are not sprayed with glyphosate. In addition, we use a third party lab to independently test our pasta and rice regularly for glyphosate. These recent third party lab tests have confirmed "not detected" for glyphosate.

In short, instead of regular flour or semolina, we use lupini bean flour! Lupini beans are versatile, low in carbs, and have a great nutrition profile. They have long been considered a superfood and pack a ton of protein, fiber, and nutrients.
