Allergens
We produce our products in a dedicated gluten free facility. We do not use any of the top 8 allergens, with the exception of the mac and cheese (which uses dairy). Lupini beans are a legume belonging to the same plant family as peanuts. We would recommend you consult with your doctor before consuming any new food product, including Kaizen.

No Glyphosate
We test our products regularly, our recent independent 3rd party lab testing was not able to detect the presence of any glyphosate in our pasta or rice products.

Diabetic Friendly
We have a lot of customers with diabetes that enjoy our products and have not had any reports of spiked blood sugars. As always, consult your doctor to determine if a particular food is right for you.

Kosher
All of our products, including the pasta, rice, mac and cheese, and lupin flour, are certified Kosher by Oregon Kosher.

In short, instead of regular flour or semolina, we use lupini bean flour! Lupini beans are versatile, low in carbs, and have a great nutrition profile. They have long been considered a superfood and pack a ton of protein, fiber, and nutrients.

1. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil.
2. Add 1 serving of rice and stir well. Some foaming is normal.
3. Boil for 6 minutes depending on your desired firmness.
4. Strain well. Drizzle with olive oil or butter to bring out optimal flavor.

Our rice cooks very similarly to pasta. In a large pot of boiling water, add a generous amount of salt, add your rice, and cook to your desired firmness. Some foaming is normal. Remember that you will need to strain your rice, and we recommend rinsing it when cooked.

We recommend tasting the rice around the 5 minute mark to see if it is to your liking. If you prefer a softer rice, cook it for 1-3 more minutes. Taste buds and preferences can vary by person, and cook times can be affected by several factors, including temperature, your stove, and even your altitude. We invite you to experiment with cook times to see what you prefer best!

International Shipping

• Orders are generally delivered within 6 to 14 business days.
• Customs procedures differ by country and may extend delivery up to 21 business days. These timelines are set by local customs and cannot be sped up, but we will assist you if any issues come up.
• Duties, taxes, and VAT are automatically calculated at checkout
• Total cost is shown before placing the order and no additional payment is required at delivery

During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment times may extend slightly due to weather conditions and carrier timelines.

We do not offer any refunds on any purchase, and all sales are final. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. 

Kaizen is currently going through a packaging transition. As we begin displaying the new look, there will be a short transition period where some customers may receive previous packaging.

The new packaging is simply a better reflection of how great Kaizen already is. Same ingredients. Same macros. Same performance. During this transition, you may receive either version. It’s still 100% Kaizen inside.
